- Online live classes are held via Zoom unless agreed otherwise.
- If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the class will be considered a no-show and will be marked as paid for.
- Packages of 10 classes must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
- Advanced payment is required | PayPal or bank transfer.
- Homework is normally reviewed separately, outside the lesson hour.
- One-on-one classes or groups of two students should give 24 H notice if they can’t attend the lesson. Same-day notice is not acceptable and the lesson will be considered missed and paid for.
- Refunds for courses must be requested before the second class.
